Partial Refund: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, a 10% handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Shipped Orders: If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may return the product upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Custom or Pre-Ordered Items: Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be canceled, as these products are tailored to your specific requirements.

Exceptions: In exceptional cases where cancellation is due to an error on the part of IREPAIR SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, such as a wrong item shipped or an item being out of stock, a full refund will be issued, and no cancellation fees will apply.
